Chardonnay

The richness of Puglian viticulture also comes from Chardonnay, an international grape variety famous in Champagne production and structured wines. Capable of adaptation, it finds a different expression in this territory.

Fermentation Alcoholic, at a temperature between 16 and 18°C in steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation.

Ageing 4 months in steel, 1-2 months in bottle.
