Chardonnay Verdeca

The richness of Puglian viticulture also comes from Chardonnay, an international grape variety famous in Champagne production and structured wines. Capable of adaptation, it finds a different expression in this territory and, accompanied by the traditional and fresh Verdeca, creates a pleasant combination.

The label narrates: the trident icon pointing towards the sky represents the union between earth and sky.

Grape variety 80% Chardonnay / 20% Verdeca

Alcohol level 12 % ABV

Fermentation Alcoholic, at a temperature between 16 and 18°C in steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation.

Ageing 4 months in steel, 1-2 months in bottle.
